1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and BuddaZ ("we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the BuddaZ anti-detect browser platform, including the desktop application, the web dashboard, browser profiles, fingerprints, proxy routing features, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for use by individuals and businesses for lawful purposes.

3. The Service

BuddaZ lets you create and manage independent browser profiles, each with its own digital fingerprint, cookies, local storage and network routing through clean proxies. The Service is cloud-synced so your profiles are available across your devices.

We may update, modify, add or remove features at any time. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, as further described in Section 10.

4. Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken within your browser profiles.
• Notify us immediately at support@buddaz.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Each account is for your own use. Sharing credentials or reselling access without written permission is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• To engage in fraud, phishing, identity theft, unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or distribution of malware;
• To send unsolicited bulk communications (spam);
• To infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party;
• To harass, threaten, defame or otherwise harm others;
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service or its infrastructure;
• To resell, rent or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent.

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice.

6. Plans, Credits & Payments

• The Service offers a free plan with limited capacity and paid plans that unlock additional profiles, credits and features. Plan details and prices are shown on our website and dashboard.
• Credits are consumed by Service usage (for example, proxy traffic or premium features) as described at the time of purchase or use.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you agree to their terms.
• Refunds are handled at our discretion in accordance with applicable law. Contact support@buddaz.com for refund requests.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of your account content, including your profile configurations. By using the Service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to operate, sync and secure the Service on your behalf.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or route through third-party services, including proxies, hosting providers and payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, security or conduct of third-party services, and their use is governed by their own terms.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT SPECIFIC RESULTS (INCLUDING AVOIDING DETECTION OR ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS) WILL BE ACHIEVED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) 50 USD.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuddaZ and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Termination

• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. Where feasible, we will provide notice and a chance to remedy.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5, 7, 10–12 and 14) will survive.
• We will delete or anonymise your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where our company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and we agree first to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@buddaz.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
